Speaker Bio
Tracy A. O'Keefe
Tracy O’Keefe has been a Paralegal Manager for 10 years. During this time, she has managed in a mid-size Chicago law firm, the LA office of a global law firm and most recently in a corporate law department. A former President of the IPMA, she is currently the Legal Operations Manager at Allergan, Inc. in Irvine, California where she manages 17 paralegals as well as other legal staff members.
