In today's tough, although recovering economy, staff training remains to be an area that upper management considers an unnecessary expense. Keeping our staff motivated, informed and at the top of their game is difficult at the best of times, but when you are unable to provide one of the key components of the formula that keeps them engaged and positive, it's easy to feel like we are fighting a losing battle. This webinar will provide you with ideas and guidance to find the hidden internal and external resources available to us so we can continue to provide development opportunities to our staff.

The fee for this program is $50.00 USD per virtual seat for IPMA Members and $75.00 USD for Non-Members.

Speaker Bio
Tracy A. O'Keefe
Tracy O’Keefe has been a Paralegal Manager for 10 years. During this time, she has managed in a mid-size Chicago law firm, the LA office of a global law firm and most recently in a corporate law department. A former President of the IPMA, she is currently the Legal Operations Manager at Allergan, Inc. in Irvine, California where she manages 17 paralegals as well as other legal staff members.
