Redefining Client Service

webinar-logo-low-shadow

Join the IPMA on Wednesday, June 16 at 2:15 PM EDT during a one hour webinar on Redefining Client Service in Tough Economic Times.  What do we mean by client service, and how does it need to be redefined in a soft economy? Who are our clients, and what are their expectations? In this webinar, IPMA uses models outside the legal industry to take a fresh look at client service principles, and provides practical ways to implement them and to increase employee engagement as we go through these challenging times.

Upon completion of this webinar, attendees will have learned:

  • What client service means and why it's so important right now.
  • How to set client service goals and how to implement them.
  • How to get buy-in from top management and from staff.

The fee for this program is $50.00 USD per virtual seat for IPMA Members and $75.00 USD for Non-Members.
Registration for this webinar closed on  Monday, June 14.
Complete access information was distributed via e-mail on Tuesday, June 15.
