The IPMA Job Bank posts openings for Paralegal Manager positions and Paralegal positions as a service to employers in law firms, corporate legal departments, and governmental, judicial and administrative agencies. New listings will be automatically deleted after 60 days unless the posting employer or agency notifies the IPMA otherwise in advance of the deletion date. Deleted ads are not recoverable after ten (10) days.

In light of the economic downturn and the related increase in unemployment among paralegals and paralegal managers, the IPMA Board of Directors has temporarily opened the Job Bank to postings by staffing companies for both Paralegal Manager and Paralegal positions. This is being done to provide assistance to paralegals and paralegal managers as well as to the staffing companies. Staffing or recruiting companies that hold a current Corporate Sustaining membership or that employ current Individual Sustaining members of the IPMA are welcome to post positions at no charge. Staffing or recruiting companies that are not members of the IPMA may post at a pre-paid fee of $50.00 per 60-day listing.

Your job listing will be reviewed and posted within two working days. Staffing or recruiting agencies that are not IPMA members will be contacted for payment within two working days. If your posting does not appear within two working days or if you have questions about this service contact IPMA Headquarters.
