IPMA Position Papers

The IPMA offers position papers on topics of interest in the paralegal management and paralegal fields. These position papers are developed by volunteer committee members who research the topics and arrive at a recommended Association position. The work is reviewed by the IPMA Board of Directors and, if approved, adopted as an official position of the Association.
