Compensation Survey

The Annual Compensation Survey for Paralegals/Legal Assistants and Managers ("the Survey") tracks compensation, billing rates and billable hours for paralegals and paralegal managers. Conducted since 2002, the Survey is produced by ALM Legal Intelligence in conjunction with the International Paralegal Management Association.

The Survey contains detailed reports on:

• Salary, bonus and overtime amounts
• National, regional and metropolitan area trends
• Practice area and industry breakdowns
• Details by size of organization and years of experience

2012 Survey Details
Data for the 2012 Annual Compensation Survey for Paralegals/Legal Assistants & Managers is now being collected. Here's your chance to represent your region, your department and yourself in this annual survey published by your association and informed by your insights. This Survey allows you to benchmark your paralegal program, including compensation and management practices, against your peers' by geography, size of organization, practice area and industry for eleven paralegal and managerial positions. Submit your organization's data by Friday, March 9 to be included in this year's publication.

2011 Survey Details
